Requirements:
- Experienced in managing various social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Serial social media users who can show a deep understanding of social platforms - personal or professional examples of content you’ve created will be extremely valuable.
- Experience to handling social media management start from frameworking conten to publish content
- Proficient in optimizing the use of all social media
- Creative, dynamic, confident and have high initiative
- Higly interest in urban lifestyle
- Strong copywriting skills
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency is a must
- Excellent communication and presentational skills
- Having an interest in the fashion industry, having a good sense in graphic design and fashion styling
- Able to develop and implement social media strategies, track and analyze key social metrics
- Able to use and operate creative editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Being able to operate premiere or similar video editing tools is a plus
- Able to use and operate Google Drive, Sheets, and Slides
- Able to use and operate Ms. Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Depok
Job description:
- Creating social media content optimization strategies such as editorial plans, scheduling, and publishing
- Creating scripts and concepts for each social media content
- Creating reference and social media grid mood boards for content creations
- Developing daily or project-based content for social media
- Admin for all social media brands
- Communicating with social media followers from all brands
- Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the brand's social media
- Generating reports from all social media channels on a daily basis
- Running ads through all social media platforms
- Working together with the overall marketing team to build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification
- Building relations with KOL and managing endorsement, collaboration & campaign projects
- Contributing to brainstorming ideas for creative marketing campaigns
