Responsibilities
- Execute sales retention strategy to maximise revenue opportunities from existing clients through renewals & New Business
- Establishes and maintains strong client relationships, at client transactional and strategic level, by ensuring needs are well understood and serviced..
- Skillfully and efficiently achieves maximum penetration of relevant Dataxet Sonar products and services.
- Achievement of retention targets
- Delivery of accurate reporting.
- Support CS Director to manage CS Leads and CS Support.
