Job Description:
- Arranging the Director's schedule.
- Managing various personal needs (such as banking, taxes, investments).
- Assisting in creating documentation/material related to business and strategy.
- Providing administrative support.
- Assisting and coordinating the planning and preparation of internal meetings.
- Organizing and managing travel arrangements.
- Establishing and maintaining a filing system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Female, single, aged 23-27 years.
- Minimum education of S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Secretarial Studies/Management/Economics/Communication Sciences/Public Relations/Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a secretary/executive secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in both active and passive English.
- Attractive appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Communicative and initiative.
- Possesses good time management skills.
- Willing to travel for business outside the city.
- Placement at the Head Office, North Bekasi.
