Easybook Teknologi Indonesia is currently seeking a Regional Operation Trainer with proven experience in assistant project management. The Regional Project Assistant will oversee project execution and implement project goals as directed by the project managers.
The Regional Operation Trainer has main duties of:
- Provide outstanding experience to our Business Partners (both travellers and transport companies and authorities).
- Manage customer services operation to ensure Business Partner retention.
- Review and manage contracts with Business Partners, Vendors, Local Authority & other parties to ensure fruitfull relationship.
- Educate the Business Development team on new terminal establisment & operations.
- Manage recruitment for operation needs.
- Manage monthly purchasings for terminal openings
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
