Job Descriptions
Strategy and Vision:
- Define the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements Gathering and Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product requirements documentation.
- Facilitate discussions and make trade-off decisions to ensure feasibility and alignment with the product vision.
User Experience (UX) and Design:
- Work closely with UX designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with designers to define product specifications and wireframes.
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to improve the product design.
Development and Release Management:
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Handle the entire research and product development process starting from ideation, product planning, product testing, and product improvement.

- Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks for development sprints.

Marketing and Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning.
- Provide product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in product launches, campaigns, and events.
Customer Support and Success:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and support tickets.
- Work with customer support teams to address issues and prioritize improvements.

Metrics and Analytics:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
- Analyze product usage data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.

Competitive Analysis:
- Research and analyze competitor offerings, features, and market positioning.
- Identify potential threats and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and alignment across various teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, etc.).
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
