Job description for Performance Digital Marketing Intern at Kasual
Kasual is a distinguished e-commerce menswear company committed to delivering superior quality and stylish clothing for men. The Performance Marketing Intern will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention of all Kasual paid channels. The role involves supporting the analysis of digital marketing campaigns, managing and optimizing advertising platforms, and learning how to scale growth initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel growth marketing strategies, with a focus on marketplace ads and Facebook ads.
- Support the marketing team in optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage and optimize individual online marketplace channels to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and contribute to team discussions on applying these insights.
- Participate in A/B testing and other experimental approaches to refine marketing strategies.
- Optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across different channels to maximize ROI, including adjusting bid strategies, testing ad copy, and exploring new keywords.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with user experience enhancements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Interest in e-commerce and retail performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in performance marketing, providing the intern with insights into scaling and optimizing digital marketing strategies within an e-commerce environment.
