Job Desc :
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the skincare industry
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to for product launching, increase brand awareness, drive product sales, and meet business objectives
- Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, influencers, printed channels, etc.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including product descriptions, social media posts, website content, and advertising materials
- Utilize analytics and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts
- Manage and enhance the brand's image and reputation. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience
- Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
- Manage public relations initiatives to generate positive media coverage and enhance the brand's visibility. This may include media relations, press releases, influencer partnerships, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in cosmetics and skincare, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
- Handle all external marketing events
- Develop and maintain close relationships with vendor
Qualification :
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the cosmetics and skincare industry. (Minimum 2 years of experience)
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, and beauty trends.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and Marketing software
- Fluent in English
- Well-groomed
