- Review and ensure work flow are in continuous adherence to all approved policies & procedures , Operational Check List, Repair & Maintenance Check List
- Review and analyze daily flash food beverage costs and wastage, highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance
- Stay "connected to the customers" and maintain effective communication with at all times
- Be aware of current trends in the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented for the benefit of the establishment
- Ensure that all menus are correctly calculated to ensure maximum gross profit
- Ensure that All Marketing Plans already well executed
- Maintain restaurant and banquet operational
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3/Bachelor Degree of related studies
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain honesty and integrity at all times;
