Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree of Law
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
Experience in General Corporate Law (Drafting & Reviewing Agreement, Conducting Legal Research, Providing Legal Opinion, Management Internal Legal Corporate Document)
Strong management and communication skills
Job Descriptions:
*Draft and assess various agreements, contracts, and legal documents with external parties, including vendors, clients, and partners, and ensure agreements align with company policies and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
*Develop and review internal company regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
*Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's industry and operations, and advise management on such updates and changes.
*Conduct legal risk assessments and provide guidance to mitigate potential legal risks and liabilities, as well as develop strategies to effectively address legal challenges.
*Collaborate with business units and external parties to negotiate favorable terms and conditions of contracts and agreements.
*Manage legal documentation and records related to ongoing legal matters.
*Oversee the protection of the company's intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights.
*Collaborate with external legal counsel and provide support in legal disputes, litigation and claims resolution.
*Conduct compliance training sessions for employees and management to increase awareness of legal and regulatory obligations.
