Job description for Junior Rekruter at PT Terra Drone Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and assessment processes)
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, partnership with external stakeholders)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Any ad-hoc and administrative tasks
General Requirements
- Minimum Experience Level: Min 1 year
- Career Level: Entry Level
- Minimum English Level: Business Level
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications Candidates with the following will have an advantage
- Minimum 1+ year of experiences in recruiting
- 1+year of sales experience would be advantage
- Organized with attention to detail and a high sense of internal control.
- Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
- Skilled in MS Office, especially excel.
- Business level English.
