Job description for IT Onsite Technician - Panunggangan at Hemmersbach
In this role, the successful candidates will be providing 2nd line Field Services support to Enterprise users of MS Windows, Mac Operating Systems and hardware, assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company’s chosen ITSM tool.

- Operations & Technical Support (including B/F, Printers etc.)
- Tech bar / IT Solution Centre
- Audio/Video Support
- Digital Lockers & Vending Machines
- Stock Management / Asset Management
- Shipping, Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services
- IMACs and Break-fix
- VIP Support
- IT Supply Chain
General Requirements
- Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Indonesia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
- Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows, Mac OS and Blackberry phones
- A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
- Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Team player but also able to work well autonomously
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg
