Job description for HRGA Section Head at Indovickers Furnitama
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Have minimum 3 years work experience as HRGA Section Head in remote/site area
- Have experience on handling Personnel Management, General Affair Management, Organizational Development, People Development Management, Industrial Relations, SOP & KPI
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan area
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for end-to-end HR function, implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practice alignment with organizational goals
- Handle and manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Employment agreement, monitoring performance and contract status, conducting contract evaluation
- Prepare the annual MPP of every department and fulfill it after being approved by management development and organization process (Job Description, KPI) administration
- Socialize company policies to all employees and company induction for new staff
- Handling compensation and benefit for employees, industrial relations, and general affair
