Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret Business data to identify insights.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business analytics.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and support HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics.
- Proven experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic HR Practices.
