Job description for Campaign Specialist at Indonesia Crypto Network
- Execute campaign deliverables effectively, on schedule, and budget.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with local and international clients by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with the clients during and after the campaign duration
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Provide campaign updates consistently to clients about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Exercise constructive problem-solving in managing clients’ campaigns and communicating solutions effectively
- Maintaining good relationships with vendors, media outlets, and influencers to run successful marketing campaigns with third-party vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Marketing, Business Management, Communication, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and critical problem-solving
- Proactive communication
- Experience in managing a community is a plus (conducting an online forum, executing an online event)
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends.
