About This Role
We are seeking talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Online Talent Platform (Job Portal) Team.
As a leader in this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to guide and motivate exceptional teams while strategically implementing processes to boost our revenue growth for our Marketplace Monetization team.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Spearhead. Lead and groom high performing client success team
- Drive revenue growth by achieving target the minimum target through effective account management and client engagement strategies
- Ensure optimal team productivity by setting and monitoring team target
- Strive for excellence in team performance, to achieve at least 85% of the team’s target
Who We Are Looking For
- Has min. 4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Key Account Management
- Experience working in E-commerce/Hyper Growth Business/B2B Experience company would be a plus point
- Experience in leading big team (>3 Team Members) and able to think strategically
- Posses a strong communication skill, fluent in English for both verbally and
- Target-oriented, good sales acumen
