Responsibilities
- Handle day to day sales administration, contract signing in a timely manner
- Assist in sales and marketing activities
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain and organized data customer records in system
- Providing assistance to sales team as needed (quotation, follow up, and etc)
- Undertake other ad-hoc task to provide general administration support assigned by the superior or management in order to enhance the efficiency of the sales team
Requirements
- Vocational High School in Business Administration or any related field
- An added advantage if the candidate have experience 1 year (s) in Administration and Sales Marketing Field
- Good communication skills
- Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
