Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin staff, or relevant role.
- Male is prefered.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able and proven to use ESB System for F&B is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
