Job Description:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing key accounts within the home and living consumer packaged goods sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company/brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the home and living consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
