Deskripsi pekerjaan Social Media Specialist Parlént World
- Developt effective and impactful campaigns that relevant to target audience, ensuring the activities are in line with Parlent's strategic business direction.
- Define most important social media KPIs and achieve the target.
- Monitoring the social media campaign and content and acting fast to ensure the campaign target is achieved.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Analysing market research data to understand current branding challenges and potential opportunities in the market.
- Work in multidisciplinary team with content creator and marketing plan.
- Network with industry professionals and influencers
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Advertising/Social Media Planning or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and/or other social media best practices.
- Have good analytic skill of consumers insight, current market data and trends.
- Experience with doing audience & customer research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
