Job Descriptions:
- Plan, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for the products.
- Formulate innovative marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, marketing metrics, and market trends to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize the goal of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research including coffee trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving company objectives.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Provide regular updates & monthly reports to management.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Management / Communications / a related field will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge in F&B industry trends and best practices.
