The Head of Sales Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy and operations of the organization. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales management. The Head of Sales Marketing will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
5. Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and communicate results to the executive team.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the sales process and strategies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a senior sales & marketing management role, preferably as a Director of Sales Marketing or similar position.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
5. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
7. Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
