The following is a Job Description for this position :
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement in operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make informed strategic decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects to support organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
The following are the requirements for this position :
- Age 25-30
- Bachelor's degree in Technology Information or System Information
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in operations management
- Strong background in business process improvement, strategic planning, and Technology Information especially on Telecommunication
- Experience in a relevant industry or sector, such technology, or telecommunication industry is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address challenges and drive consensus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Willing to work On-Site
