This Client Success Manager / SEO Strategist role requires a motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has a willingness to manage campaigns across a range of industries. The role will require working closely with the accounts, tech and content teams.
Perfect for someone with SEO or digital marketing account management experience, or someone with account management experience in another industry who is ready to dive into the SEO world. This is a relationship driven role and individuals who are great at building rapport and managing client requests will excel!
There will also be an opportunity to manage and convert warm inbound organic leads to earn commission if desired, however this is not essential.
In working with a boutique specialist agency, there will be opportunities for fast career progression, and direct access to the team of experienced SEO professionals for guidance and on-going support.
The Client Success Manager / SEO Strategist role will entail:
Answering any client queries via phone and email
Setting SEO campaign strategy inline with client objectives
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance
Performing keyword research and analysis, competitor analysis, website audits
Creating content strategies
Utilising SEO tools such as AHREFS, SEMRush, Google My Business, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Handling client concerns and managing retention
Providing assistance to the sales and accounts team where required
Skills and Experience
2+ years agency experience in a similar role or recent graduate with relevant degree (Business, Marketing or Communications) is ideal, but not essential
Well-rounded knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and account management
Familiarity with SEO tools
Highly organised and process driven
Ability to build rapport with clients, and develop long-term trusting relationships
Is customer-service driven, with the want to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations
Clear spoken English and excellent communicator both via email and verbal
Excellent time management skills with an ability to work autonomously
Quick learner
