Management Secretary:
- Manage and maintain management schedules, appointments, etc.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage documents and records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements:
- Support MSCS Vision and Mission
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Secretary or Management
- A minimum of 1-year experience at a supervisory level is required.
- English proficiency and experience in a similar field will be beneficial
- Honest, teamwork, good communication skills, open-minded, resourceful, energetic
- Will be based in Surabaya
