Job Description
- Analyse business operations, structure, procedures, process and utilization of resources ·
- Identify training needs within the organization, coordinate and conduct training sessions, implement professional development programs, and implement company culture ·
- Facilitating and ensuring the career plan, development plan, succession plan process ·
- Responsible for enhancing efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness through talent management, performance management, leadership development and data analysis.
- Research, analyse, and continues improvement of development strategies to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and align with strategic and business goal.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years in Human Capital Strategic & Organizational Development with Mining industry background would be an advantage·
- Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / Human Resources / Managemen
- Have HC skill : Organization Development (OD), handling job analysis, workload analysis, performance management, and competency development
