Job Overview
As a Communications Officer / General admin support, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission of empowering children through education. You'll develop strategic communication campaigns, crafting donor stories and managing social media, while also tackling administrative tasks like overseeing project management tools and collaborating with tech support. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for contributing to a cause that transforms lives.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage task management tools to facilitate efficient project coordination.
- Maintain and organize assets in a central Google Drive to ensure easy accessibility for the team.
- Collaborate closely with tech support team to ensure effective technical management of fundraising platforms, email marketing, automation, and using hubspot
- Assist the Communications Manager with executing communication strategies for charity fundraising events and campaigns.
- Building impact reports for donors, supporters and sponsors
- Update weekly implementation and other reports
- Provide additional technical support and assistance as required by the Communications Manager for internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Experience min. 1 year in relevant role
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Exceptional organizational skills, excellent memory, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with strong initiative and the ability to follow instructions.
- Proficiency in English, as English is the primary language used at the office, with donors and for social media posts.
- Professional demeanor for interacting with donors and funders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in communication and project management tools (, Google Drive, task management tools).
- Indonesian nationality, residing in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali, with a passion for education and child welfare.
