Deskripsi pekerjaan Communication & Business Development Support Tri Hita Consulting
We seek an Indonesian national to support our communications/social media & business development team.

Responsibilities
Your tasks may include the following:
Marketing Database
- Organize & develop a contact database for each running project and other networking activities.
- Ensure & supervise the project owners in providing contacts for each project as detailed as possible & in the correct format and uploaded into the Google Drive database.
Market Research
- Research Tri Hita’s competitors’ social media profiles and develop ideas for Tri Hita’s social media presence.
- Research relevant news articles to Tri Hita in English or Bahasa and create weekly reading lists for Tri Hita staff.
Marketing Communication
- Assist in keeping the Tri Hita website updated:
- Gather and post testimony from clients;
- Strategize & gather website blog & LinkedIn post (visual & caption)
- Support Tri Hita’s output document is well presented and controls the quality.
- Support in Newsletter creation
- Support in other Tri Hita’s internal & external events organizing.
Business Development Support
- Update Company Profile Regularly
- Assist in the proposal & bidding phase
- Assist in conducting Tri Hita Consulting Advisory Board meetings.
Key Requirements
- Indonesian nationality
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Academic background in communication/social media and marketing
- Excellent command of verbal and written English (minimum IELTS score of 5 )
- 2 years minimum experience in social media (especially LinkedIn) and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Great attention to detail
- Professionalism and good organisation skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, can-do attitude
- Interest in climate change problems and environmental challenges is a plus
- Graphical & editing software skills are a plus
- Copywriting & newsletter experience is a plus
Office in Bali, with an option to work remotely upon discussion with the User
Full-Time contract
